A downtown Staunton landmark.  The Arcadia building was designed by local architect T. J. Collins.  The 35 feet by 160 feet brick structure dates to 1899.  Renovated the Arcadia would offer 22,000 square feet of prime retail, office or residential space in the heart of downtown Staunton.  This project is an excellent candidate for historic tax credits.
