JUSTIN H. WILEY

Justin H. Wiley's experiences with estate management as well as his involvement with horses are valuable assets in his real estate business. Justin grew up on a farm in central Virginia, where he learned about raising crops and horses. Before joining his father's real estate company, Hugh Wiley Ltd., with Frank Hardy, Justin managed several farms and estates in the Charlottesville area. It is not surprising that Justin's clients call on him to advise them about estate management issues ranging from equipment purchases to forestry management. A supporter of the Piedmont Environmental Council, Justin also advises his clients about conservation easements.

Equally valuable to Justin's business is his wide social network. Involved in three horse worlds, Justin knows and comes into contact with many different groups of people. From foxhunting in two distinct hunt countries, participating in and organizing carriage drives (most notably for Stratford Hall), to traveling the east coast to watch his hurdle horse compete, Justin meets many prospective buyers and sellers. Clients find Justin to be an honest, reliable gentleman who enjoys his vocation and avocations. Justin enjoys both on his farm in Orange, Virginia, with his wife, two daughters and son, dogs and horses.
